Required Documentation
All shipments to USA requires a packing list or inventory. Please note that if you have chosen our export wrapping service then our team will complete this documentation for you. If you are shipping self packed boxes then you must provide us with a content list of each box.
Shipping.co will provide you with a USA 3299 Customs form to complete, Power of Attorney form and also a Treasury Department Supplemental Declaration.
We will also require acopy of your passport picture page, a UK collection address and a delivery address with the relevant contact telephone numbers. If you do not hold a USA passport then we also require a copy of the visa page.
